Spaceflight increases mAb labeling in root tip sections

Immunohistochemistry revealed that labeling intensity of 10 out of 22 monoclonal antibodies was higher in space-grown roots than in ground controls, especially for xyloglucan, xylan, and arabinogalactan epitopes.
