Distinct gene sets upregulated in each cell type

Analysis of volcano plots and gene lists shows that different stress and regulatory gene sets (e.g., LTP6, WRKY71 in seedlings vs. ATHSFA2, HSP70, WRKY8 in cells) are significantly upregulated in response to spaceflight in each tissue. Gene Ontology categories reveal more cell organization/biogenesis genes up in seedlings and more stress and transcription in cells.
