Transporter knockout does not confer tolerance

Disabling the AtMRS2-10 and AtSULTR1;2 transporters in root cells does not mitigate the inhibitory effects of high magnesium sulfate, as observed by lack of increased tolerance in mrs2-10 and sel1-10 knockout lines.
