Spaceflight triggers different pathways in light and dark

Analyses show that abiotic stress and aging pathways are up-regulated, and cell wall pathways are repressed, mainly under light; unique hypoxia and immune responses occur uniquely in the dark. Differential expression and pathway enrichment patterns are therefore partitioned by light condition.
