Procedural controls validate glycomics from RNA column debris
Procedural control using A. thaliana xyloglucan mutants and RNA column-derived debris indicates that glycome profiling using root debris from RNA purification columns with one-step 4 M KOH extraction can reliably report environmentally-induced cell wall changes.
