Parallel hardware and synchronized environmental controls

BRIC-LED and PDFU hardware replicated for both spaceflight and ground controls, with ground controls time-shifted by 24h to match environmental telemetry from Shuttle. Hardware and environment profiles matched tightly except for real-time telemetry.
