RNase treatment decreases RNA signal in Arthrobacter phage 1191A

Repeated RNaseA digestion followed by cleanup greatly reduced the RNA signal in HPLC profiles from Arthrobacter phage 1191A DNA preps, supporting the hypothesis that the original signal was due to a resistant or packaged RNA molecule.
