New analytical features and integration with external resources

Planned additions include detailed analysis of cluster-distinguishing protein regions, detection of outliers and interesting proteins, identification of convergent/divergent protein structure relationships, and linkages to phylogenetic resources such as Arcadia's NovelTree and PreHGT.
