Leiden clustering yields more compact and numerous clusters than Foldseek clustering

Evaluation of the two clustering algorithms on the same protein sample set found that Leiden clustering consistently generates higher within-cluster TM-scores (compactness) and more clusters than the Foldseek TM-align greedy method, supporting its use as the default.
