Raman spectral peaks primarily below 2,000 cm⁻¹ in Halobacterium sp. NRC-1 attributed to carotenoid pigment vibrations, notably at 957, 1,002, 1,152, 1,196, 1,284, 1,446, and 1,507 cm⁻¹ under 532 nm excitation.
