FCHO1 protein

FCH and mu domain-containing endocytic adaptor 1; a nucleator of clathrin-coated pits. Loss-of-function is associated with immunodeficiency in humans due to T- and B-cell dysfunction, often leading to recurrent infections and death in childhood.
