CK-666 treatment

Application of the Arp2/3 complex inhibitor CK-666, which binds to the Arp2 subunit to prevent activation and inhibit branched actin filament nucleation; in P. tricornutum this drug may bind and inhibit other actin-related proteins due to lack of Arp2/3 complex homologs.
